Things aren’t always so dazzling in the twilight hour. *All canon characters are owned by Stephenie Meyers , the plot belongs to Dazzling Twilight.*
The year is 2004, when Isabella first comes to Forks, Washington. The news of her arrival was around the town long before that. That wasn’t the only news in the town though, only this one was more of a secret that was held between Charlie Swan, Billy Black, and Jacob Black. Although, they wouldn’t be able to keep it for long. Hidden inside the house of the Black’s, was Charlie’s biggest secret ever. Isabella’s younger sister, Samantha, but Isabella did not know about her. Charlie had been able to keep her from Bella each time she came here, but Samantha didn’t know either. Charlie had only seen her when he went to visit Billy, which was very rarely. Over the years, the town just went on like nothing happened, because no one knew anything had happened anyways.
The weekend Bella spent at La Push was when everything unraveled. Not only hearing the stories from Jacob, she found another story. One about a long lost sister, whom Charlie had never told her about. Samantha Swan. Charlie didn’t want Bella to find out about Samantha, so he had to give her up, but not to someone he couldn’t trust. He gave her to Billy Black, and he ‘adopted’ her as his own daughter. He couldn’t keep her a secret for long, but the secret came out in a way he didn’t want her to find out. Isabella brought Samantha home, and Charlie was shocked. He couldn’t keep it a secret anymore, he had to tell the truth, and he did. Opening all the secrets, he told them how they were sisters, and how he had to give Samantha up, and Billy willingly took her.
What’s going to happen to Samantha? Does she go to live with her father and her sister? How do Charlie and Isabella handle a new member in their family? After all the shock, where does it leave the Swan Family, and the Black Family? Most of all, how do Isabella and Samantha feel about all this? Is there a way for them to be sisters although they barely know each other?

Though, if you believe that one of the Staff is 'out to get you', come to me and give me the details. I will find the truth out eventually, so don't lie to me. But, if you're just trying to get them in trouble, it'll bite you in the ass tenfold. Trust me. You don't want to piss me off.

Week; Please let post in the away board. It's nice and helps. Two Weeks or More; Again, the away board. Though, if it is a reason you do not wish to share with the whole site, PM me stating something simple. Ex: Family emergency, Personal Matters, etc. Month/s; Away board. And the second.
It's understandable that you have lives, and things to attend to. I do too. So, in reason, I ask that you at least post every six days, and be on twice every week. Failure to do so will result in you being deleted, or simply PM'd by myself or a Staff member. Also, if there is a reason as to why you can't, let me know - I'm a reasonable person, believe me. I am warning you now. If you fail to follow the rules, you'll get into trouble. Plus, I ask that you do not make too many characters, unless you can handle them.

This site is an advanced role playing site. So, that means all posts are to be in third person, at all times. Though, I do understand the thinking part.
Example:Bella moved swiftly through the tress, her hands quickly pushing herself off of the thick bark of trees, eyes searching wildly around. 'I swore, I saw him. He was here, Jacob, where are you..' - Crappy innit? XD
Also, the length of the posts must be at least TWO paragraphs. More are highly adored, but I realize not everyone can do that, and if you can't, it's fine. You want help? Easy. Be detail, express your character, etc.

No one is perfect, it doesn't exist. Nor is anyone flawless or just play out gorgeous. So, please, do not make your character Miss or Mr perfection. It'll only be denied until you fix it, sorry.

Vampires; If you're going to turn someone, make sure you get their permission to do it. But, if they ask you to do it, it's fine. Werewolves; Do not start a fight with a vampire, unless they cross your boundary. I don't want to have to spray you with cold water, now.
Killing; Ask permission first, I don't want to be PM'd with complaints of someone's character's being killed and them not even knowing why. If I am, all hell will break lose. Relations; Do not put that you are related to a character, without their permission. If I see this happen, you'll personally be PM'd by myself, asking you to fix it or get permissions.

Okay, no controlling another's character. Why? Because, it's rude and rather stupid to do. Though, I realize there will be times when it has to be done - such as speeding things up. If it gets to where I get complaints, or people are arguing over it, I'll bite someone's head off. Oh, this also relates to fights. [first part: blue] You are not all powerful, you are not immortal (you know what I mean). There are ways for EVERYONE to die, so let people hit you and you get to hit people. Bleh. You know what I mean. Keep it under control, people.

Love them, right? Who doesn't. You have to at least, as stated above, have an icon/avatar or a signature in your profile. Why? Because, it gives us a visual of what your person looks like. And the chance to drool over them, of course. The maximum for signatures is: 400x200. Until I say otherwise. For icons it has to be 100x100. If you need help with graphics, then go there. I'm sure someone will be willing to help. [second: skies] Keep your signature nice and tidy, please.

Both are fine. Honestly, this is a Mature site. So, I would like that you label the title with [R/Mature] or something like that. But, keep in mind that children are among this bored - seriously, and I'm sure their parents don't want them reading. So, try not to be too detailed. If you wish, you can simply PM the other person and go about it that way. -Nod.- As for swearing, that's fine. But, I do not want 'f**k' coming out of your character's mouth with every sentence. Keep it real, and reasonable or these privileges will be taken. They aren't a right.

Be polite in it. Keep racism, prejudice, sexual content, etc, out of my d**n box. If I see it, I will hunt you down and bite you. Trust me. I can find out who did what, with the simple IP address. Also, put what you go by in it. NOT your character's names. Example: Bug [♥] is mine. Make it look pretty, if you want. But, do not put other sites in that box, or you'll be banned from it. Linking through your name is fine, but I better not see the link itself in my box. More rules will be listed near it.

If you pick a Canon. Make sure you have their personality down, act like them, not someone else. No, Jacob doesn't get with Bella (though, I wish he did. D:). This isn't an Alternative site, sorry, this is based on the books. So, keep it like that. You do, and we won't have no problem.
